I have a lot of hip issues and I got this after being told I should sleep with a pillow between my legs but not liking the bulkiness of a full size pillow. It is so comfortable and stays between my lefts even when I flip to the other side. It was a great purchase.

Only used one night, but it did help with hip and back pain. It’s a great size, not to big and bulky. Nice cover that is removable for washing. I think it going to work out great for me! ❤️

I have a bad hip so need this for sleeping. Other pillows are difficult to keep in place while turning in your sleep. This pillow fits very securely between my knees and stays in place even when I turn from side to side. I am amazed each morning when I wake up with the pillow still between my knees and I am sleeping much better because of its support.
