Love that it has a menstrual cycle tracker built in, not all smartwatches include that. The watch itself is comfortable, even when I sleep with it on, and it holds up well to water. The only thing I’d improve is the app layout, but once you figure it out, it’s not bad at all
I wasn’t sure what to expect at this price, but it’s actually pretty solid. The blood pressure readings match up with the ones I get at my pharmacy, and the heart rate monitor is reliable. Super easy to set up and charges fast. Honestly better than some $150 watches I’ve tried.
I’ve been wearing it daily and I like how it tracks sleep — I had no idea I was waking up so often at night. The notifications for texts and calls are convenient too, though I wish you could respond from the watch. Still, it does what I need and the battery lasts longer than I expected.
This thing actually gives you a full report after doing an ECG, with graphs and everything. It’s kinda crazy. I showed the printout to my doctor and she said it looked pretty accurate, which made me feel better about using it long term. Definitely feels like more than just a basic fitness watch.
So far I like it, it s comfortable to wear and the health stats seem legit. I use it mostly for SpO2 and heart rate during my workouts.
