I have a herniated disc and big breast so my posture is terrible, but I love this . My waist is 32in and I ordered a medium. Probably could’ve went with a small . But still fits great
We purchased this for my Dad and he said it has really helped his sore shoulder! It is helping him with his posture as well. He really likes it!
I am a lil over 6ft and have a waist of 39-40in but I got the XL Size just in case and it was perfect if not a tad smaller than it seems. At 6ft tall the back support doesnt reach as high as I would like when worn properly but still helps train your neck and back for better posture. Sadly I do not think the straps can be made to be more comfortable especially when you want to wear the brace snugly, but you just have to readjust them to keep up the comfort level.
Overall this brace is sturdy, seems well made (we will see what time does if negative I will update this review), and is overall comfortable with occasional adjustments. So great to help you train your posture.
My back is jacked with osteoporosis, ruptured and bulging discs. Must say I Love this longer brace much more than a standard lumbar brace and I can truly feel the difference with more coverage which helps the distance of pain. Not really a fan of the shoulder straightening straps as they will rub if pulled too tight... Just loosen them up a tad. I STILL rate this all 5 stars due to support, pain relief and stellar craftsmanship. Ordered one in a larger size for my husband which he wears while doing bending yard work. The sizing is spot on. If you have *any extra fluff in the middle, I’d go up a size as you can pull the Velcro waist tighter.
The first thing I noticed when I put on the vest was how comfortably and firmly it supported my back. It really made me feel that it was possible to straighten out my posture without much difficulty or effort. I’m glad I bought this product!
