I love the massager.

I love the massager. However, it would be helpful if the remote has more details marked on it. Even the
manual does not have the details of the different modes. Also the manual should indicate if, after each
use, the settings turn back to the original or not.

Did not receive a charger. How do I get one?

I would simply contact Trumedic directly. I bet they will send you a new charger for free.

How long should I use it?

The device automatically turns off after 15 minutes of use, which is the duration of treatment we recommend per day. After 1-2 weeks of consistent use, you should be abled to feel a great improvement.

Is the "motor" very quiet or is the noise distracting?

It's not exactly quiet, but I dont find it distracting at all.
